We offer straightforward pricing for our management services:


1 - Core Management Services (This is a monthly management agreement) We collect half of first month’s rent and 9% of the gross monthly rent collected. Minimum 1 year contract.

- Marketing Property on MLS and Syndicate sites 
- Set the ideal rental rate
- Coordinate and conduct showings
- Screen Rental Applicants
- Draft Lease & other docs
- Collect deposits and rents
- Full Service 24/7 management support 
- Single Point of Contact
- Online Rent Collection
- Monthly Financial Reporting
- Owner Portal Access
- Direct Deposit for Payments
- Move-in & Move-out Services
- Repair Coordination
- Inspection Services when needed
- Distribute Deposits at move-out
 - 24/7 Emergency Response

2 - Lease Only Service (This is a one-time service to place tenant) We collect 100% of 1st month’s rent. After tenant is placed, client is in charge of the monthly management of their property.

This service includes:

- Set the Ideal Rental Rate
- List Property for Rent on MLS and Syndicate Sites
- Coordinate & Conduct Showings
- Screen & Recommend Applicants
- Draft Lease & Other Documents
- Coordinate Signing
- Collect & Distribute Deposits
